Direct Deposit
Directly depositing your monthly pension check into your bank account is the fastest and most convenient way to receive your pension. Avoid the trip to the bank and sign up today.
Payment is deposited electronically into your checking or savings account on the first day of each month (unless the first day of the month falls on a weekend or a bank holiday). Because of processing time, your first and/or second payment may be sent by mail.
To enroll in direct deposit online:
- Log in to your MyCentralStatesPension.org account.
- In the left menu under Account Home, click Direct Deposit.
- Under Direct Deposit, click the Set Up EFT button to enter new information or Edit to update existing direct deposit details.
To enroll in direct deposit by mail:
- Download, print, and complete the Direct Deposit Form.
- Include a voided check or a pre-printed savings deposit slip
- Return the form and the voided check or a pre-printed savings deposit slip to:

Send My Check by Mail
Every effort is made to ensure your check is received on the first day of each month. However, there is no guaranteed delivery date because of circumstances beyond our control. If your check is mailed outside of the United States, extra time should be allowed for delivery. In the event a replacement check is necessary, one might not be issued until the 10th day of the month.
